The Chamber presents its compliments, this is to inform you that we received the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers (Noش.غ/2766) dated (15/10/1435), referred to the letter of the Ministry of trade and industry (No. 267/9/1/5841/ع) dated (28/8/1435) the inauguration of the Ministry to number (1900) the status of the communications Ministry, which receive communications and complaints of citizens and residents.
The Ministry wants to guide the different levels of shops and activities in a number of communications (1900) in front of the consumer, with an emphasis on the following:
• put the number at each cashier (when there is more than one cashier in the shop).
• Be clear to the consumer.
• A4, colored according to the circular approved.
